The role
- Overseeing and coordinating HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Managing all aspects of recruitment, including posting new vacancies, managing interview schedules, and managing on boarding processes.
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Providing support for employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
- Working with the HR team to continually suggest improvements and implement best practices.
About you:
- Proven experience in HR administration, coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD is not essential but is desirable.
This is a fully office-based role and working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm.
Free on site parking is available, and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle as you may be required to occasionally travel to other sites.
