HR Officer

Leeds - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

Full time and Permanent

Up to 35k

This is an exciting time to be joining a solid business, as they look to expand the HR team in Leeds.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage low level ER cases from start to finish.
  • Build strong relationships internally, providing support to line managers on a wide range of HR issues.
  • Advise and guideline managers on policies and procedures.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, working closely with the HR and Recruitment team.
  • Ensure employee records are maintained.

We are looking for:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Good experience gained managing low level ER cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Able to work at a fast pace and able to prioritise workloads.
