Description
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to staff and management
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hires
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations
Profile
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
- A solid background in human resources, preferably in the business services industry
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
