Description
- Implementing and refining HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Providing guidance to managers on HR policy and legal regulations.
- Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support change.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Managing employee relations issues within the retail team.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the team.
- Assisting with recruitment and retention strategies.
- Offering support and guidance on performance management.
Profile
A successful 'People Partner' should have:
- An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial.
Job Offer
- Salary up to 45k per annum
