Description

  • Implementing and refining HR strategies that align with business goals.

  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the team.

  • Offering support and guidance on performance management.

Profile

A successful 'People Partner' should have:

  • An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial.
