  • We are seeking a Temp Senior HR Advisor based in Leeds, offering free parking and an immediate start.

We are looking to recruit a Temp Senior HR Advisor, based in Leeds with free parking. The role is an immediate start and will be weekly temp until around the end of August. The role is fast paced and interesting and would suit a true ER Specialist.

  • Significant proven experience in the support and management of complex ER matters
  • Proven ability to develop, interpret and provide advice to managers and senior leaders on a diverse range of HR policies, processes, Employment Law and Terms and Conditions.
  • Previous experience of advising on complex people management cases
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Experience of policy design and development
  • Proven experience of consulting and negotiating with Trade Unions and Staff Associations
  • Previous experience of supporting Organisational Change
  • Previous experience of successfully leading a team
  • Previous experience of developing and delivering training to managers at all levels
