• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including HMRC compliance.
• Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Demonstrated ability in managing VAT returns and financial reporting.
• Relevant qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
