Account Manager - Fleet Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective management of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management].
- Experience in the fleet solutions industry is a plus.
