You will be a person who intuitively looks for a better way to do thing, a problem solver who understands the pensions administration process, ideally with experience of performing pension calculations. To be a success in this role you will combine your understanding of the pensions administration process with excellent problem solving skills, being a good communicator and the ability to see smarter ways to work. A good level of computer litracy will be an advantage, and although not essential would experience using Excel and / or SQL.
