About the Role:

As a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of IT support, tackling a variety of technical challenges to ensure seamless IT operations for a diverse range of clients. This full-time, permanent role offers incredible growth and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding 1st / 2nd line support for daily IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Server, and Network issues.

  • Assist with IT systems and network setup and maintenance.
