About the Role:

As a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support to a diverse client base. You’ll be tackling a variety of technical challenges, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for day-to-day IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Servers, and Networks.
  • Implement first-time fixes and manage support requests efficiently.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, offering excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of various IT systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver top-notch service.

Key Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong team player who is adaptable and calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about IT and technology, with a customer-focused approach.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Networking.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Telecoms, Mobile, and VoIP connectivity.
  • Previous experience in a 2nd line support role within an MSP environment is a plus.
