Application Support Analyst
Location: Head Office, Leeds
Hours: Flexible Working Hours
Our client is looking for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join their IT team and play a key role in supporting our internal systems and ongoing Microsoft ERP migration project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st to 2nd line support for internal IT requests
- Ensure the smooth operation of business-critical applications
- Support the company’s Microsoft ERP migration project
- Manage the internal helpdesk, prioritising and resolving issues
- Maintain system integrations and data transfers
- Offer technical guidance to key stakeholders
- Enhance and automate IT processes for improved efficiency
- Provide training and support to end-users
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or a similar ERP system
- Background in general IT technical support
- Strong communication skills to build relationships across the business
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in hybrid, cloud, and on-premise environments
- Microsoft certifications (advantageous)
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Platform
- SQL database queries and maintenance experience
