Job Location: Leeds(Hybrid)

Salary: 45-50k

We're partnering with a small, growing business based in Leeds to find an IT Manager to oversee their IT infrastructure and strategy. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and supporting their ambitious growth journey.

In this role, we're looking for someone to "roll their sleeves up" and be involved in anything from 1st line support and new users set up through to supplier management and IT security.

The organization are growing fast and have ambitious plans, but we are looking for someone who is adaptable and happy to get involved in a variety of IT related tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Hands on support for a user base of 100.
  • Management of IT systems, covering security, hardware, and software.
  • Lead system upgrades, maintenance, and future technology projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Safeguard data and networks, ensuring cyber resilience and user awareness.
  • Basic database administration and custom report generation.
  • CRM and ERP support.
  • Drive IT strategy, build an in-house IT team, and optimize supplier relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager with hands-on expertise in networks, data governance, and system management.
  • CRM and ERP experience(ideally SugarCRM & SAGE)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • A proactive and strong problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptability
