The Role:
As an M365 Technical Specialist, you will support the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance. You'll collaborate with internal teams, provide technical guidance, and stay ahead of M365 developments to help shape the company's digital strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administration and support of Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint at an enterprise level.
- Troubleshooting and resolving M365-related issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitoring performance, security, and system usage across the M365 environment.
- Conducting training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and productivity.
- Managing M365 migrations using tools such as ShareGate and BitTitan.
- Supporting Power Platform environments, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Producing dashboards and reports to track licensing, resource usage, and adoption.
- Collaborating with IT teams to develop and maintain best practices for M365 usage.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years' experience in M365 administration and support within an enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online (administration, permissions, multi-geo).
- Experience with Power BI (Power Automate and Power Apps desirable).
- Hands-on experience with M365 migrations in large-scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft security tools.
