- Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Support hardware, software, and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads).
- Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with hardware rollouts and IT projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication.
