We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team! This is your chance to join an established security services provider!

Key Responsibilities as a Technical Support Engineer

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, phone or video calls.
  • Working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Delivering product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Diagnosing technical issues for the cyber security services.
  • Maintaining and updating the system to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Escalating and resolving complex technical issues.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience in a technical support role, ideally in the cyber security industry.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations to clients.
  • Knowledge of networking and security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Cyber security certifications such as CompTIA would be desirable.
