Your new company
IT Service Desk Analyst is required on a permanent basis for a reputable public sector organisation based in Leeds to provide 1st line support in a variety of forms to a busy IT Helpdesk.
Your new role
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to provide excellent customer service and answer a variety of 1st line technical queries across various channels which could include, face to face, telephone, email, instant chat, remote support tools and service monitoring tools. You will be required to record all customer enquiries and requests, following predefined processes, troubleshooting problems using technical knowledge, accurately documenting actions and recording solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic 1st line IT skills across Microsoft technology including Office
- Any IT Certifications would be desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn new skills
