Your Role:

As a Field Network Engineer, you’ll:

  • Perform rack-and-stack installations, including mounting, cabling, and labeling equipment in data centers and field environments.
  • Install, terminate, and test cabling (fiber and copper) to meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, access points) in both field and office settings.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of SDN and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Collaborate with remote teams and clients to deliver seamless network services.
  • Maintain and update detailed documentation, including site reports, cabling layouts, and incident logs.
  • Provide outstanding client support, including troubleshooting and resolving field-level connectivity issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
  • Networking: Familiarity with network hardware setup and wireless technologies would be beneficial
  • Field Expertise: Experience in cabling, rack-and-stack, and conducting site surveys is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with travel to client sites, shift work, and varying workloads.
  • Growth Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn and advance in the networking field.
  • Driving license
