- Act as a L3 escalation point for any helpdesk tickets.
- Maintain and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Work on infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with external partners.
- Daily monitor systems, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.
- Oversee office location network and infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure and network engineering withina global business.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking in Azure and AWS.
- Proficient in creating design documents and serving as the subject matter expert for infrastructure and network projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including external partners and offshore teams.
