Due to the period of sustained growth, we are looking to appoint and IT Operations Manager to support the IT strategy of the business. This is a fantastic role with opportunity to develop within and a very competitive benefits package.
IT Operations Manager / Dynamics 365 / IT Systems / Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and keep track of Departmental IT Budget and Project Budget
- Communicate with the wider IT Team overseas
- Manage day to day operations of the IT Department
- Be the first point of contact for all Hardware and Software support issues.
- Collaborate with third party suppliers and support with new projects
Skillset
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-geographical cross-functional teams.
- Basic certification in Azure (AZ-900) – Foundation. (desirable)
- ITIL Certified (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of IT support processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure management and system security protocols.
