Role: IT Manager/Project Manager

My client is an innovative organisation in the manufacturing industry, with an IT team centred around providing IT Solutions and internal applications to their internal sites across the UK.
They're looking for a dedicated IT Manager/Project Manager with a background in software development to join their team and help streamline IT operations through technology leadership and strategy execution.
Required skills:
- Ability to turn your hand to new projects, tasks and specifications in software development and operations
- Exposure to the full development lifecycle/end-to-end project completion
- Experience leading or mentoring a small but capable development team
- Communicating instructions between cross-functional IT departments
- Collaborating with support and network based IT Leadership to reach end goal and deliverables
- Excellent customer facing communication and stakeholder involvement
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of security and best policy standards
- Knowledge of new acquisitions, e.g. integrating applications and servers between sites.
- A background in hands-on development
Recommended tech stack:
- React
- Node.js
- Windows
- Linux (Ngrinx)
