Job Responsibilities/Skills Required
- Reporting to the firms IT Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 IT Support Analysts, whilst providing hands-on technical support for all UK offices.
- You will be expected to assist the support team in their duties, providing 1st/2nd/3rd line support, via email/phone, in-person and remotely.
- Assist the Senior IT Engineer in managing the desktop/infrastructure projects.
- Maintain 3rd party and vendor relationships.
- Experience supporting a Microsoft Cloud/On-prem environment - Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure, Azure AD, Intune, Teams
- Knowledge of Networking Protocols & - DNS/VPN's/Switches/Routers/Firewalls/VLAN's/Cisco Meraki - Wi-Fi
- Some experience of virtualisation & Servers helpful.
- Help manage the firms' IT policies & procedures and contribute to service improvement where possible.
- Manage the firm's IT Assets
- Assist in the employee hiring process, professional development of staff and employee appraisals.
- Deputise for the IT Director when required.
This role offers hybrid working - 3 days onsite/2 days WFH. These could be different days each week and some flexibility is required. This is an Outside IR35 contract.
