The Role

As our new Web Project Manager, you'll oversee the development of our high-quality WordPress websites, using Elementor for client-friendly updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee web projects from launch to redesign, ensuring timely delivery
  • Scope & Timeline Management: Define goals, timelines, and deliverables for on-time completion
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Budget Management: Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists
  • Quality Assurance: Lead testing and ensure high-quality project execution
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships and translate client needs into tasks
  • Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support, feedback collection, and improvements
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance projects

  • Problem-solving abilities, with effective solutions for project challenges
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
  • High attention to detail, ensuring all projects meet specifications and quality standards
