Holbeck, Leeds, LS12 6NJ – Hybrid position
- Full time, permanent (4 days in office per week)

The Role
As our new Web Project Manager, you'll oversee the development of our high-quality WordPress websites, using Elementor for client-friendly updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee web projects from launch to redesign, ensuring timely delivery
- Scope & Timeline Management: Define goals, timelines, and deliverables for on-time completion
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Budget Management: Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists
- Quality Assurance: Lead testing and ensure high-quality project execution
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships and translate client needs into tasks
- Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support, feedback collection, and improvements
- Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance projects

The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an organised, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong cultural fit with our team. About you:
- Proven experience in web project management with a successful track record
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), HTML/CSS, and SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities, with effective solutions for project challenges
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
- High attention to detail, ensuring all projects meet specifications and quality standards
