Description

  • Overseeing quality assurance processes and the implementation of new procedures.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Working closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
  • Delivering quality training to staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
  • Preparing monthly reports on quality metrics and progress towards objectives.
  • Participating in management meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

Profile

A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance within the Not For Profit or Education sector.
  • Proficient understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
