Description
- Overseeing quality assurance processes and the implementation of new procedures.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Working closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
- Delivering quality training to staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
- Preparing monthly reports on quality metrics and progress towards objectives.
- Participating in management meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
Profile
A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or a related field.
- Experience in managing quality assurance within the Not For Profit or Education sector.
- Proficient understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
