If you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with proven capabilities supporting users on iPhones and Android devices, we have a contract we would like to discuss with you.
Please note this role is onsite 5 days per week in Leeds.
Providing 1st class customer service you will work on a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting, debugging, and improving user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and fix defects
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Improve user experience
- Maintain support documentation
- Work with engineering teams to resolve issues
- Assess the need for monitoring and alerts
Skills and experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of mobile and web technologies
- Experience with iOS and Android
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
