We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join an exciting and fast growing MSP.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will work resolve tickets predominately at a 2nd line level as well as having regular opportunities to get hands on with projects at client sites.

You will have fantastic opportunities to learn from Senior Engineers who have over 20 years in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Managed Services
  • Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
  • Office 365, Azure
  • Experience with Networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
