An Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Computer Engineer to join a well-established company in Leeds

Our company is looking for a full-time computer engineer to join our friendly and expanding team. The position will involve working mostly from our office in LS7 and being mobile and visiting Clients at their home or business addresses. Applicants MUST be able to commute to LS7 daily.

Whilst formal qualifications are not required, the below skills are essential:

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Office products
  • Experience with Windows and Apple OS troubleshooting
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 admin centre
  • Office 365 / Azure
  • PC build and install
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence essential
  • Show evidence of at least 2 years IT employment
  • Working well within a team, confident to ask questions of co-workers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Be able to work proactively and on your own initiative
  • Be proactive when dealing with customers and take ownership of issues

Daily duties would be:

  • Troubleshooting common computer issues
  • Liaising with Business and Residential Clients
  • Problem-solving complex IT issues
  • Answering phone calls
  • Provide onsite assistance to customers
  • Using online ticketing systems
