About the Company:Our client, a leading Global Sustainability Consultancy, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Leeds. This key role involves supporting a global workforce by providing efficient, high-quality IT support solutions.

Position Overview:As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of a globally distributed IT team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure across the company. You’ll offer both remote and onsite IT support, manage critical systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements that enhance user experience and contribute to the company’s sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert IT support services, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently for employees across global locations.
