The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Managing and maintaining IT systems to optimise performance and minimise downtime.
• Supporting IT projects such as system upgrades and software implementations.
• Working closely with external IT service providers to ensure excellent delivery and value.
• Developing data reporting systems using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL to support business decision-making.
• Setting up and maintaining IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Establishing and enforcing IT policies to maintain security and operational consistency.
