IT Technician - West Yorkshire - 24 - 27K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will Work as part of a team to provide first & second line support with some experience in desktop support, network and storage infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
- Office 365
- To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Active Directory user and computer administration
- Windows Server administration
- Proven experience working within IT service delivery.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops.
- Configure/maintain computer systems, networks and peripherals as instructed.
