We are collaborating with an award winning Law Firm to find a skilled IT Trainer with expertise in Case Management Systems. In this essential position, you will create and deliver training programs that equip staff with the skills needed to efficiently use these systems. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid working model and can be based at any of our offices across Yorkshire. Some regional travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Induction Training: Provide customised training on SOS Connect for new employees, tailored to their specific job functions.
  • Ongoing Development: Continuously train current staff, addressing identified needs and incorporating new system updates.
  • Training Resources: Develop and maintain training materials to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Feedback and Enhancement: Gather feedback from training sessions and implement improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Needs Identification: Assess and report on additional training requirements for both individuals and teams.
  • System Testing: Support the testing of new features and developments within the case management system.
  • Feature Utilization: Assist staff in discovering and utilizing advanced or lesser-known features of existing software.

What Youll Need:

  • A strong enthusiasm for training, ideally within a law firm or similar professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Case Management Systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping others enhance their skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
