About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer to join a large-scale transformation programme.

This role will play a crucial part in the training and adoption of a newly implemented App, designed to help business areas manage funding more effectively.

Following the successful go-live of Phase 1 (MVP), the programme is now moving into Phase 2, focusing on enhancements and modifications.

Your role will be to ensure the continued success of the application by developing engaging eLearning content, including video demonstrations and interactive modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver eLearning materials to support ongoing user adoption of the App.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and development teams to align training with application improvements.
  • Enhance existing training materials, ensuring accessibility for field-based and remote users.
  • Support Agile ways of working and collaborate effectively within a vendor-managed environment.
  • Conduct ad hoc travel to sites across Yorkshire and the North East as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering eLearning and digital training solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex IT concepts into user-friendly training materials.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across different business areas.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
