The ROLE
Team Leader - responsible for End-to-End Factory & Production operations 'functional' accountability for 1hr-8wks
To ensure that customer orders are produced in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. To ensure that continuous improvement objectives are met. To ensure that people in the department are motivated and developing to meet the organisational goals
To ensure Production teams, systems &methods) understand & deliver all short, mid and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer and Cost.
To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8wk business needs. Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs *exceeding prior yr. performance. Create & deliver rolling 8-week strategy & execution plans for functional areas (aligned to business & investment strategies)
