Job Description:

As the team leader, you will be responsible for all process and opertation in Leeds and report to operation manager. The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within a production facility. They supervise the production team and ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. The main duties of a Production Team Leader include planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed, managing inventory levels, and monitoring production quality. They also work closely with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Production Team Leader is responsible for training and developing team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing environment, are typically required for this role.
