The Role

We are looking to recruit a Hydraulic Model Fabrication Technician to join our skilled team. This hands-on role involves the construction and assembly of complex hydraulic models, which are used in engineering projects to simulate full scale applications.

No experience is required - full training provided! If you have a keen eye for detail, practical skills, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. Note, the job ca be physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication and assembly of hydraulic models working mainly with plastics.
  • Working to strict deadlines, organisational skills essential.
  • Working closely with engineers to ensure model accuracy and quality.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings (training provided).
  • Working well within a small team.

What We're Looking For

  • Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Plastic fabrication skills, plastic hot air welding skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Potential to advance within the role is encouraged.
