Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate confidently within agile teams to uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define project scope.
  • Shape strategic initiatives by integrating insights from colleagues, customers, and market trends to enhance services.
  • Engage in workshops and discussions with stakeholders, ensuring business context, needs, and risks are well understood.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to manage expectations and incorporate diverse perspectives in solution definition.
  • Conduct research and document current and future state services.
  • Make informed design decisions, prioritising user perspectives and challenging constraints as needed.
  • Take ownership of your professional development and continuously seek to enhance your skills.
  • Work closely with other designers, product owners, and engineers for integrated service solutions.
  • Actively participate in the design community to share knowledge, generate ideas, and embed design principles across various customer journeys.
