Hours Mon – Friday daytime

The Job:
- Reporting into the Engineering Manager, lead and manage projects to modernise and automate the factory
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Interacts with maintenance and production employees to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and support, training and foster professional development with production and maintenance employees.
The Person:
- Ideally Degree or HNC in Electrical or Controls Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in industrial controls
- Proficient in programming languages and control device networks including, but not limited to Siemens, Allen Bradley, and ABB.
- Experienced with HMI design, PID loops, Machine networking
- Good communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills important.
