Hours               Mon – Friday daytime

The Job:

• Reporting into the Engineering Manager, lead and manage projects to modernise and automate the factory
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency. 
• Interacts with maintenance and production employees to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and support, training and foster professional development with production and maintenance employees.

The Person:

• Ideally Degree or HNC in Electrical or Controls Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in industrial controls 
• Proficient in programming languages and control device networks including, but not limited to Siemens, Allen Bradley, and ABB.
• Experienced with HMI design, PID loops, Machine networking
• Good communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills important.
