Are you a qualified engineer with experience looking after industrial boilers and want to develop your career further down the management path within a specialist role that will see you leaving your mark on the largest factory of its kind in Europe?
Based near Leeds this company is already a leading player in the wastewater and biogas industries and is now looking to expand their Operations and Maintenance team to look after their own sites as well as sites belonging to major global businesses involved in a range of industries such as Waste Treatment and FMCG.
In this role you will be working closely alongside the company's Contracts Manager to deliver planned and reactive maintenance both directly yourself and indirectly through the management of internal staff and external contractors. You will be involved with a range of equipment ranging from industrial boilers and pumps to compressors, air handling units and HV plant.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced industrial environment and will be capable of carrying out maintenance either mechanically or electrically on equipment such as pumps and boilers. They will also need to possess the BOAS accreditation for industrial-scale boiler operation.

The role:
* Working closely alongside a Contracts Manager in a leadership role looking after 4 engineers
* Occasionally managing sub-contractors for specialist works
* Carrying out and overseeing fault finding, planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and repairs
* Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with H&S regulations
* Looking after equipment such as boilers, compressors, air handling units, pumps and HV plant
The Person:
* Experience operating and maintaining industrial-grade equipment e.g boilers, pumps
* BOAS qualified
* Ability to use maintenance management systems (advantageous)
* Full UK driving license
