Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an NPI Engineer, with an established highly regulated manufacturing business based near Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team in a period of continued growth. As the NPI Engineer you will:

Supporting new business opportunity quotations
New Product Development Project Management (On time, to cost, for cost, to specification)
Compiling customer validation and other technical reports, milestone plans
Introduction of robust manufacturing processes with good procedures
Building and Maintaining professional customer communications
Controlling NPI feed-back to the Customer
Technical meetings
Introduction of continuous process improvements
Supporting the facility’s scrap reduction programme
Maintaining appropriate facility technical records

To be considered for the NPI Engineer role you will need:

Degree or HND in engineering
Experience in working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
Experience of DFM (design for manufacture)
Strong knowledge of gated processes
5 + years manufacturing experience
