We’re recruiting for a Slitter/Rewinder Operator to join a leading packaging and labels company in Leeds. If you have experience with slitting and rewinding machinery and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be the perfect fit!

What’s Involved?
- Operate and maintain slitter/rewinder machines.
- Handle printed rolls, perform quality checks, and prepare products for dispatch.
- Inspect reels, remove waste, and package finished materials.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and calibrations.
- Keep your workspace clean and report stock shortages.
Shifts
Rotating weekly:
- Week 1: 6am–1:30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Week 2: 1:30pm–9pm (Mon-Thurs), 1:30pm–8pm (Fri)
- Week 3: 9pm–6am (Sun-Thurs)
The ideal candidate
- Experience operating slitter/rewinder machinery in print, labels, or packaging.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible approach to overtime and weekend shifts.
