Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulics, engines, electrics, and fault diagnosis. Main dealer experience is a big plus!? License: A full, clean UK driving licence.

Diagnosing faults and executing repairs on-site or at our facilities.?? Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments and adhering to safe working practices.?? Using cutting-edge handheld PDA systems to receive and manage job instructions.?? Testing repaired equipment to ensure safety and functionality.?? Accurately recording and reporting work completed and flagging unresolved issues.?? Engaging directly with customers to discuss concerns and deliver exceptional service.
