Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various industries
  • Handle the full policy lifecycle - including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best cover for clients
  • Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products including property, liability, motor, and combined packages
  • Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate client records using Acturis
  • Support client meetings, produce market submissions, and follow up on agreed actions


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Account Handler or in a similar broking role
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Cert CII qualified or actively working towards (preferred)
  • Proficient in Acturis and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
