Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various industries
- Handle the full policy lifecycle - including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best cover for clients
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products including property, liability, motor, and combined packages
- Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate client records using Acturis
- Support client meetings, produce market submissions, and follow up on agreed actions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Account Handler or in a similar broking role
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Cert CII qualified or actively working towards (preferred)
- Proficient in Acturis and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
