We are currently working with several Insurance Brokers who are looking for Commercial Claims Handlers, handling a variety of commercial claims including but not limited to, Property, Casualty and Motor Fleet losses.
Commercial Claims Handler Duties
- Variety - engage with a diverse range of commercial clients.
- Client Interaction - direct involvement in client communication, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Negotiation - Work closely with insurers to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients.
- Collaboration - liaise with internal colleagues and other third-party suppliers to facilitate the claims process.
- Empowerment - think independently and take initiative to achieve the best results for clients.
Your skills & experience
- A proven track record in handling commercial losses, ideally across Property and Casualty risks of various complexities.
- Client-Focused - strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
