About the Role:

We’re seeking personable and professional Client Delivery Associates (CDAs) to join our team in Leeds, London, or Bath. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, helping deliver a seamless service to clients and advisers, while gaining valuable experience and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and manage pipeline activities, keeping clients and advisers updated.
  • Process new business and assist with client onboarding and reviews.
  • Collaborate with third parties to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain the CRM system and ensure KYC compliance.
  • Manage client invoices and liaise with the finance team to handle overdue payments.

What You Bring:

  • Experience within financial services (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach.
