Key Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Track and manage pipeline activities, keeping clients and advisers updated.
- Process new business and assist with client onboarding and reviews.
- Collaborate with third parties to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain the CRM system and ensure KYC compliance.
- Manage client invoices and liaise with the finance team to handle overdue payments.
What You Bring:
- Experience within financial services (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach.
