We are working with an innovative and highly successful Independent Insurance Broker, who due to continued growth are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Corporate insurance team in north Leeds.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience providing administrative support within either an Insurance Broker, Financial Advisor's or a similar regulated environment. This role will see you supporting with general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, updating client details on Acturis (CRM system) and invoicing of insurance premiums.

Key Duties:

  • Provide reliable, accurate day-to-day administrative support
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with their enquiry accordingly
  • Dealing with clients who want to make amendments to their policies
  • Handle and distribute the central email inbox
  • Calling providers to request information on existing policies
  • Collecting payments from clients
  • Producing and issuing professional summaries and reports
  • Issuing renewal documentation
  • General Admin including filing & photocopying
  • Updating in house CRM system, ensuring that all paperwork is entered correctly

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of working within an administration role for an Insurance Broker, Financial Advisor's or a similar regulated background
  • Self-Motivated Personality - Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm
  • Competent communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients
  • Strong IT skills and ideally experienced in using Acturis, however full training will be provided
  • Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to follow processes with a strong attention to detail
  • Keen to learn and progress further within a business that have an excellent reputation for the progression they provide their employees

On offer is a salary from £30,000 to £35,000, 26 days holiday, 12% pension (7% employer and 5% employee), life assurance, free parking, hybrid working with up to 2 days from home and private medical.
