Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Billing Assistant on a temporary basis for 6 months, on behalf of a well established service provider based in Leeds.
The purpose of the role is to assist the team in producing and issuing invoices to their clients, dealing with queries and maintaining an Excel spreadsheet to ensure everything is up to date regarding invoices and billing.
Further responsibilities will include;
- Running the weekly invoice process
- Distributing contractual charges
- Applying rate changes and adjustments in-line with client contracts
- Working with Client Managers to provide evidence on billing and invoices
- Managing the group inbox assigning queries, filing emails and responding to queries where appropriate
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working within a similar role where attention to detail is highly required
- Experience in processing invoices
- Experience using Excel (ideally vlook ups)
- The ability to work towards deadlines
Salary is up to £26,000
This is a 6 month temporary role with a start as soon as possible (so you do need to be available immediately or at least with a weeks notice)
Office based role - Monday to Friday
