- Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Manage multiple projects across different teams, ensuring timely delivery and excellent communication.
- Create engaging content, including copywriting and editing, tailored to a variety of audiences while maintaining tone of voice and clarity.
- Work closely with the Press Office to manage media relations, press releases, and other communications materials.
- Utilize digital platforms such as Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and SharePoint to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
- Measure and report the success of communications strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Experience working within a luxury fashion brand and press office environment.
- A solid understanding of the principles of internal communications and their importance to business success.
- A degree-level education and at least 1 year of work experience within a luxury fashion brand.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
- Proven experience working with digital platforms including Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft and edit content that resonates with a luxury audience.
