We are seeking talented and motivated Middleweight Interior Designers, Interior Architects, or Technicians for an exciting initial contract opportunity with a leading international consultancy. The role requires a candidate with solid experience in refurbishment projects, particularly those involving office spaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, with the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions within a government framework.

As a Middleweight Interior Designer/Architect/Technician, you will be responsible for managing various stages of the refurbishment process, from concept design through to detailed technical drawings, and will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to bring creative and functional spaces to life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support office refurbishment projects within a government framework.
  • Utilize Revit to produce detailed design models and technical drawings.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other specialists to ensure the design vision is executed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Refurbishment Experience
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Time Management and Organization:
  • Building Codes and Regulations Knowledge
  • Project Management Software Familiarity
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance (Costs and process will be covered by the client.)

 

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Pay Rate Umbrella
  • Location: 2 days Office-based Hybrid, with potential site visits.
  • Duration: 6 Month Initial contract, with the possibility of extension.
