Our client is an established organisation based in Leeds, looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
The role will be varied but duties will include:
- Carrying out transactions via an inhouse warehouse management system.
- Ensuring records for key performance indicators (KPIs) measures are maintained and recorded on a daily and weekly basis.
- Supporting the management team by providing accurate information.
- Communicating with customers, internal and external, both verbally and in writing.
- Admin support of goods and stock in and out and monitoring stock quantities.
- Flagging urgent orders.
- The completion of general administrative duties in all areas.
About you:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including basic excel.
- Experience using a warehouse management system.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Able to use initiative and organise own workload.
- Creative approach to problem solving and to thinking 'outside the box'
- A flexible approach.
Shifts
This role works 5 days from 7 and shifts are between 6am and 10pm.
The pattern will be 2 weeks of early shifts followed by 2 weeks of late shifts on a rota basis.
Early shift 6am - 2.30pm
Late Shift 1.30pm - 10pm
Late shifts are Sunday - Thursday (lates on Sundays are different 7am - 3.30pm as the sites closes early)
Early shifts are Monday- Saturday
This is salaried role, but employees are paid weekly. Salary of approx £26,600pa.
