We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with a Bendi FLT License to work with one of our clients, based in the Leeds area. This is a Temporary to Permanent role after 12 weeks, for the right candidate.Successful candidates MUST hold a valid FLT Bendi licence, ITSSAR/ RTITB accredited.The role is based on working within two departments.Ā  Working in the Goods-In department and helping when required in the Good out/ Logistics department.Ā The primary objective of the role for the Goods-in & Goods Out Warehouse Coordinator is to manage the stock of any raw materials and ensure that the machines are stocked for all jobs ready for the presses. The role also includes routing, monitoring drivers and ensuring the operation runs with minimum disruption.Key roles & responsibilities:
  • Book in all deliveries (Materials).
  • Keep the warehouse safe & clean.
  • Ensure material stock is rotated.
  • Issue correct type/ quantity of material to each press as per job sheet/instructions.
  • Return all unused material on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all reels are kept clean and covered whilst in the warehouse.
  • Log all issue/returns on Tharstern (warehouse management system)
  • Ensure stock figures are monitored and any slow-moving stock is highlighted to the Value Stream Director & Commercial Director.
  • Use the bar code system that is in place for the logistics of Materials.
  • Ensure fork lift truck is maintained and daily checks are carried out.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:Ā 
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment with good administration skills
  • Excellent phone manner / people skills / written & verbal communication
  • Excellent Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint andĀ knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Have strongĀ organisationalĀ skills for planning schedules, journeys and loads
  • Full drivingĀ licenceĀ and bendi FLT licenseĀ 
Hours, Salary & Benefits
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (With 1 hour unpaid break)
  • Salary is negotiable and will be discussed upon interview with the client
  • Holidays: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • You will be auto enrolled in to the Company Pension Scheme.
